WSC is a friendly, family oriented dinghy only club with its clubhouse and grounds attractively situated on the wooded shore of Cockham Reach. Launching is at all states of the tide from a shingle beach. WSC has a full racing programme from the end of March until the end of October, followed by a Winter Open series until the weekend before Christmas. Our New Year’s Day race, the "Chilly Willies" is an open event with entry fees to the RNLI. A "Warm-Up" series runs from the middle of February to the end of March. There is class racing for Laser 2000s and Miracles, plus three handicap fleets - Fast, Medium and Slow/Junior. WSC is an RYA registered Training Establishment and has RYA/Volvo Championship Club status.
