Shoregate Wharf Sailing Club

We are situated in an old farm dock, in a salt marsh north of Upchurch village, midway between Lower Halstow and Otterham Quay. There is a tidal anchorage just outside the entrance to the wharf: however, total access by sea to our excellent facilities, mains, water, parking, dinghy hard, launching ramp and toilets, is only possible at high water. Two wildfowl shooting clubs are affiliated to us, attracted, as is the small membership, by the beautiful setting unspoilt natural estuarial coastline.
